The highest bidder at the fall of the hammer shall be the purchaser of that lot. Every successful bidder shall pay the full purchase price during or straight after the auction. Cash and card payments are preferred, payment by cheque may be made however, this is only when pre-arranged with the auctioneer (Chris Gibson). No lots will leave the room/loft until full payment is made, after this the bird is the sole responsibility of the buyer. NPH Pigeons/Auctions prides its self on honesty, openness, integrity, reliability and transparency, so we trust that our vendors do the same. All details published for each lot will be those provided to us by the vendor. And it will be the vender who will be liable in the event of any action taken in relation to the paperwork provided. All the above conditions will apply at each and every auction conducted by NPH Pigeons/Auctions both in the room or online.
